What we publish,
and what it costs.
Front Wave Research LLP is a Research Analyst registered with SEBI (Reg. No. INH000018407). We publish equity research on listed Indian companies. We do not manage money, hold client assets, or earn brokerage on anyone's trades.
Research services
One service, delivered as written research. There are no calls, no messages outside published notes, and no portfolio management of any kind.
Company research
Written coverage of listed Indian companies. An initiation note sets out the thesis in full; subsequent notes update it as results are declared or the argument changes. Each note carries:
- the date it was written, which is never edited afterwards;
- the rating and the reasoning behind it, in full sentences;
- the price at the time of writing and the target price, where one is given;
- the risks that would break the thesis.
Thematic series
Multi-part written work on a single theme — a sector, a policy shift, a macroeconomic cycle — published as a numbered series rather than a single note.
How access works
Research is published in two tiers. Which tier a note belongs to is decided when it is published and is stated on the note itself.

- Free to read in full, with no account and no email address required.
- Subscriber
- An opening extract is public; the remainder is served only to signed-in subscribers. Subscribers receive every note of both tiers as it publishes.
Subscription fees
Fees are payable in advance for the period chosen and cover all research published in that period. Fees charged to individual and HUF clients remain within the maximum prescribed by SEBI for research services.

Introductory pricing is offered from time to time to a limited number of subscribers. Where an introductory rate applies, the rate and the period it covers are shown before payment is taken, and it is the rate charged. Who this is for
Investors who read research before acting on it, and who want the argument rather than the conclusion. It is not suited to anyone looking for intraday calls, guaranteed returns, or instructions to follow without judgement.
What we do not offer
- Portfolio management, discretionary or non-discretionary.
- Investment advisory services, or any advice tailored to one person's circumstances.
- Custody of client funds or securities.
- Assured, guaranteed or minimum returns of any kind.
- Trade execution, broking, or distribution of any product for a commission.
